Using Your Card

Loading money onto your card:

Using your card to shop or pay bills (In-store, Online, & by Phone):  A FraserNet Prepaid Mastercard gives you the freedom to pay your bills and make purchases...anywhere in the world wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted.

Using your card to get money from an ATM: To use your card at an ATM, swipe your card and enter your PIN Number. You can then withdraw money from your account in multiples of $20 ($20, $40, $60, etc.) Most ATMs will charge a small convenience fee to withdraw funds.

Using your card to buy gas: You have the option of swiping your card at the pump to buy gas. However, because gas stations will usually hold up to $75 of your money for a couple of days, you should always go into the store to prepay for your gas.

Using your card to get cash back: Nearly all stores allow you to pay with your card and get cash back when using your PIN number. Just ask if they accept cards with the MasterCard, Maestro®, Cirrus® or Star® Acceptance Marks.

Using Automatic Bill Pay:To schedule payments/manage your bills automatically, sign on to your account at www.frasernet.com and enroll in the FraserNet My Personal Bill Pay service.  Or you can call customer service at 1-866-345-4011 to schedule payments. If you can, you should always manage your bill payments online because there is an extra charge each time you use the phone bill pay system.
