Activating Your Card
You cannot use your FraserNet Prepaid MasterCard until you load funds onto the card and activate it. This step protects you if your card is lost or stolen in the mail.

Once money is loaded onto your card, in order to use your FraserNet Prepaid MasterCard® you must now activate it. To activate your FraserNet Prepaid MasterCard, simply call our customer service number toll-free at 1-866-345-4011. This number is also located on the back of your card.
By activating your FraserNet Prepaid MasterCard you are accepting the Terms & Conditions that can be viewed here. Once the card is activated, you may use it at over 1 million ATM locations, or to make purchases/pay bills online or by phone, and anywhere that accepts debit Mastercard worldwide.
