The FraserNet Prepaid MasterCards® lets you move money from Card to Card or Card to Bank. All of these can be performed online or on the phone.

Note that FraserNet Companion Cards can only be loaded via Card-to-Card Sharing.

Adding Friends and Family Members

  • Log on to your FraserNet Card account by Clicking Here.
  • Put your mouse on the "Transfers" tab and select "Friends and Family".
  • Click on "Add New Friend" enter their full name and their FraserNet Card number and click "Add Friends and Family". That’s it! You're done!

Adding a Bank Account

  • Log on to your FraserNet Card account by Clicking Here.
  • Put your mouse on the "Transfers" tab and select "My Bank Accounts".
  • Click on “Create Card to Bank Account.” Enter in the requested information and click “Add Bank Account”
  • There is a bank verification process which can take up to two business days, but only needs to be done once. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete.

Sharing Funds with Friends and Family

  • Put your mouse on the "Transfers" tab and select "Share Funds".
  • Select the person, enter the exact amount of money you wish to share, and click "Transfer". That’s it! You're done!

Transferring Funds To a Bank Account

  • Put your mouse on the "Transfers" tab and select “Card to Bank Transfer”
  • Select your bank account and card account, enter the exact amount of money you want transferred and click “Transfer”. 
  • Bank Transfers take from 4 - 7 days to complete.

Money Sharing by Telephone
  • Adding and Sharing funds with Friends and Family Members 
  • Call the FraserNet automated account phone system. 1-866-345-4011
  • Select option #2 "Log In". You will need your card number and pin code.
  • After you "log in" select option #3 "Transfer Fund’s To Another Card".
  • Enter the FraserNet Card account number you wish to add funds to and the amount you wish to share. Press the # key. That’s it! You're done!
  • Adding and Sharing funds with Friends and Family Members 
  • Call the FraserNet automated account phone system. 1-866-345-4011
  • Select option #2 "Log In". You will need your card number and pin code.
  • After you "log in" select option #2 “Withdraw Using an Existing Bank Account”.
  • Select Option #2 for a Card to Bank Withdrawal, choose the verified account you with to use and enter the amount you wish to transfer. Press the # key to initiate the transfer.
  • Bank Transfers take from 4 - 7 days to complete.
